Kiosks: think of them as a very robust help desk.

Some businesses experience a consistent flow of prospective and existing customers, all requiring access to a variety of information. This can result in troublesome log jams for both your staff and customers. Kiosks can provide the most frequently sought information 24 hours a day, while freeing up your staff.

Below are two of my more complex projects, produced for large apartment communities.

The Residences at Bella Terra
Kiosk design for a large apartment community in Huntington Beach, California. The kiosk was developed to assist both prospective as well as existing tenants and was installed in the lobby and in other high-traffic areas throughout the property. Content included floor plans, events calendars, video tours, entertainment resources, news and weather feeds and maps/driving directions.

The kiosk was developed to assist both prospective as well as existing tenants, providing floor plans and video tours, amenities, a guide to the art installations throughout the community, news and weather feeds as well as cycling trails and maps.

Signage: optimizing the client tour.

Exterior pole banners and interior wall placards help prospective tenants to explore model apartments.
